There’s a story behind this image…One evening Jillian and I walk down to the sea wall at Shore Acres to watch the sunset, fortunately I brought my camera and my big Sigma lens. It wasn’t a particularly spectacular sunset so I didn’t unpack my camera and we just sat there enjoying the view. Then Jillian said she thought she could see something, a little black spec far out on the horizon, I couldn’t see anything. Curious, I pulled out my Canon to have a look and behold there was this ship passing by! It was so far out it was not even visible with my Iphone. This is why I always try and take along my camera, you just never know. Too many times I’ve kicked myself for not having it with me when an unexpected beautiful scene unfolds in front of me.
